This Sunday 25th February 2024, I won bronze at the Asian Cup in Putrajaya, Malaysia, in a time of 59'35. I'm so happy to be able to start the season with such a performance and my first podium finish, shared with my Swiss teammate Julie Derron (1st place)! The race took place over the sprint distance. I came out of the water ahead of two of my rivals. On the bike, working together with my teammate Julie, we closed the gap on the rest of the group. As the three of us reached the second transition, the race was decided on the 5km run, where I fought to the end to take third place. I'm very happy to have been able to put all my hours of training into practice and to see my progress. I enjoyed this high-intensity and emotional race, which I was able to share with my team. I also had the pleasure of meeting four young Indonesian athletes from the Jasalindo Sport team and their coach Cali Amaral, also a coach with the Trisutto team. It was a great moment of sharing and I'm happy to have been able to inspire and motivate these young athletes to give their best to reach their dream and have a better future.
