Sushi bowl

Sushi bowl version of a birthday dinner

Here is the simplified version of sushi with all these ingredients. This recipe is quick to prepare and perfect for family sharing where everyone can choose the ingredients they like.

To prepare, first marinate the diced tuna in 1 tbsp. sesame oil, 2 tbsp. of soy sauce and add a little lime juice and sesame seeds, then put it 1h to 2h in the fridge. Then cook the sushi rice and season it before serving it with 3 tbsp. of rice vinegar. For the raw vegetables, cut them into small pieces and present them in bowls. Finally, before serving, fry the shrimp for a few minutes in the pan with sesame oil, as well as the mushrooms and the sliced red onions.
Serve all ingredients in separate bowls so that everyone can make their own sushi bowl.
