sweet salad with cheese
A salad with a warm pan-fried cheese, very creamy when you cut it, accompanied by small lardons and mushrooms grilled in the pan. The salad is drizzled with a simple salad dressing made with olive oil, balsamico and honey mustard and sprinkled with sunflower seeds.
